A new national website has been launched to help victims and survivors of child sexual abuse and exploitation find the right support, guidance and advice — all in one place.

The platform, IAmReady.org.uk, offers tailored pathways to specialist services depending on each person’s individual needs and circumstances. It aims to make it easier for victims and survivors to take the next step when they feel ready, and at a pace that feels right for them.

The site provides clear information on how to access help, review available options, and connect with trusted organisations offering emotional, practical and legal support. It also includes guidance for those who may be unsure about what to do next, helping them explore their choices safely and confidentially.

Humberside Police are encouraging anyone affected by child sexual abuse or exploitation — whether recently or in the past — to visit the site and learn more about the support available.

“We know that taking the first step can be incredibly difficult,” a spokesperson said. “This new website gives victims and survivors a safe space to explore their options and find the right help for them.”
