Brid Beach Walk & Finds
Beach Walks & Finds – Bridlington If anyone’s interested, I’m starting a relaxed beach walk group in Bridlington.
Over the past few months I’ve really enjoyed getting down to the beach — just picking up the odd interesting stone or a nice piece of sea glass here and there — and it’s done wonders for my mental health.
The idea is simple: a gentle stroll, good company, and enjoying the coastline together. You’re welcome to bring a small bag or bucket if you fancy collecting, and families are more than welcome too.
Starting Saturday 21st March Promenade opposite The Expanse Hotel 10am – 11am
No pressure at all — just fresh air, friendly faces, and a wander by the sea.
If this sounds like something you’d enjoy, I’d love you to come along

Andy's Wing Walking Challenge
A message from Andy, a Yorkshire Air Ambulance Fundraiser from Bridlington:
"In the past few years my Yorkshire Air Ambulance Charity Challenges have been taking a dip in the North Sea on Christmas Day morning, as well as throwing myself out of an aeroplane at 10,000ft.
"This year I’m planning to do a Wing Walk, at RAF Church Fenton on Friday 12th June 2026. Spectators are more than welcome on the day, but if you can’t get there I would warmly welcome your sponsorship and encouragement for this my latest endeavour, (weather permitting)."
