Some groups meet weekly, offering a consistent opportunity to connect and engage, while others meet monthly, providing a more flexible schedule for those with busy lives. These groups foster a sense of belonging, encourage personal growth, and create lasting friendships. By joining a community group, you can share experiences, gain valuable support, and become part of a welcoming network that truly understands the importance of coming together. Why not explore the groups near you and find the perfect fit for your needs?

If you are currently serving, a veteran, or a family member, and would benefit from support—or simply fancy a brew, a chat, and some familiar military humour (with the possible bonus of a biscuit or two)—please come along and see us.
