Young adults living in Bridlington West are being invited to share their views on how a £19.6 million Government investment should be spent locally.
The funding comes through the Pride in Place programme — a major regeneration initiative designed to put local people at the heart of decision‑making. Instead of top‑down planning, residents, community groups, businesses and frontline workers will help decide how the money improves streets, facilities, community pride, safety and opportunities.
The survey takes only a few minutes to complete, and organisers are especially keen to hear from residents aged 20–35, whose voices are vital in shaping the area’s future.

To support the project, the council is working with the local MP to establish a Neighbourhood Board, led by an independent Chair. The board will guide investment priorities and help create a long‑term vision for Bridlington West — rooted in community insight and collaboration.
Residents are encouraged to share the survey with friends and family in the 20–35 age group to ensure a broad range of views are represented.
