Humberside Police are investigating an attempted burglary on Harewood Avenue, Bridlington, after offender or offenders approached a side door and tried to gain entry in the early hours of 3rd August 2026.
The incident happened at around 4am, and officers are now appealing for anyone with CCTV or video doorbell footage, or anyone who noticed suspicious activity in the area at that time, to come forward. Information can be reported via the non‑emergency number 101, quoting occurrence reference 26109425*.

Police continue to encourage residents to remain vigilant and report anything unusual in their neighbourhood.
