Police Seek Next of Kin of Bridlington Woman

Humberside Police are appealing for help to trace the next of kin of a woman who has died in Bridlington.

Officers confirmed that 75‑year‑old Jacqueline Cooper was found deceased at her home on Northorpe Rise on Monday 8th July 2026. Her death is not being treated as suspicious.

Despite several lines of enquiry, police and the coroner’s office have so far been unable to identify or contact any of Ms Cooper’s relatives.

A spokesperson said they are now turning to the community for assistance.

Anyone who is related to Jacqueline, or who has information that could help identify her next of kin, is asked to contact the coroner’s officer on 01482 613 009.
